Exhibition Guide for ISAPE2024

 The 14th International Symposium on Antenna, Propagation, and Electromagnetic Theory (ISAPE) will be held from October 23 to 26, 2024, at Steigenberger Icons Hefei (No. 1 Hengshan Road, Baohe District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China). The exhibition will be held from October 24 to 25, 2024 (the exhibition could be layout on October 23, and withdrawal dates will be notified separately).

The International Symposium on Antennas, Propagation, and Electromagnetic Theory (ISAPE) is an international academic conference held every two years, aiming at providing a platform for scholars, researchers, engineers, students, and manufacturers around the world to exchange the latest developments, new technologies, and new products in the fields of antennas, propagation, and electromagnetic theory. Welcome to attend the ISAPE2024!

1.Planform

Banquet halls 1 and 2 serve as the opening ceremony and main forum venue, while banquet hall 3 serves as the exhibition hall.

2. Configuration

1.1 The dimensions of a standard exhibition booth are: 3 m width * 2 m depth* 2.5 m height                 

1.2 Wall panels, up to 15 lintel panels (unified style by the organizing committee), one table, two chairs, and one 220V power wiring board (low power) for each exhibition company.

1.3 You should prepare and install the board on your own, and we will provide auxiliary tools such as paper cutters and adhesive tape.

1.4 Suggest board size 

Background: 2.92 m* 2.5 m * 1 piece  

Side：1.92m * 2.5m * 2 pieces

1.5 The booth screen is designed by ones own. If the exhibition team needs to produce and install it, the cost is 600 yuan per booth (KT board material).

3. Exhibitor rights

3.1 One standard independent booth

3.2 Display a company logo to the conference website (saved in JPEG or PNG format with a resolution of 300dpi or above)

3.3 One page in the conference program book. Sponsors need to provide layout design (design size 21 * 28.9 cm)

3.4 Place the exhibitor introduction in the conference materials bag (no more than 4 pages)

3.5 During the conference, there will be a display of promotional videos for exhibitors at the entrance of the exhibition hall (within 3 minutes each)

6. Exemption from sponsor conference registration fee (including meals for 2 staff members)

Remarks:

Choose booths in the order of sponsorship fee payment, following the principle of first come, first served.

The booth construction and coordination will be handled by the conference company we cooperate with.
