REGISTRATION GUIDANCE FOR ISAPE 2026 OVERSEA PARTICIPANTS

ISAPE2026 registration is open on August 25, 2026. Those who intend to participate in the ISAPE2026 including speakers, session chairs, committee members, etc., are required to register for the conference. The conference will be held onsite. ONLY those papers which have been fully registered and communicated on the conference could be submitted to the IEEE.

 About  Visa Exemption Policies：

To assist you in quickly confirming the entry visa requirements, we have attached the latest visa free policy of Hainan Province，China(as of June 26，2026）.

You may click the link to check whether your country is within the visa-exempt scope so as to plan your trip in advance.  Please Note: The entry policies for Hainan differ from those applicable to the whole of China. Certain visa exemption schemes are restricted to activities within Hainan Province. Please read the relevant guidelines carefully and notice on the latest updates from the official website.

Registration fees:

Take advantage of the early bird registration and pay your fees before October 15 (24:00 Beijing Time), 2026. On-site Registration will be available at the Registration Desk at the conference venue during the conference. The registration fees are as followed:

1. The fee includes 3 lunches, 3 dinners, 5 coffee breaks, 1 set of conference materials(1 program book, 1 U-disk proceeding,1backpag and etc., no hardcopy proceedings included);

2. The fee does NOT include other cost such as accommodation, travel and transportation;

3. Each student participant can register up to ONE paper. Each non-student participant can register up to TWO papers in the same conference;

4. The oversea participants should pay by US dollar only;

5. For participants paying the registration fee in foreign currency, on-site payment can be made using a POS machine, accepting Visa and MasterCard.

6. The registration fees could not be refunded after being paid.

Registration Procedure:

Please fill the following registration form and email the listed documents to  isape2026@163.com to finish your registration:

1. Registration form(see attachment);

2. The scan copy of your remittance certificate.   

 As long as the registration form is received by October 15, the early bird rate will apply.
