Online registration for ISAPE 2018 is open on October 10, 2018. The early registration deadline is November 15, 2018. All registration should be made via the online program at the conference website. 

Instructions for Registration

Every accepted paper must be linked to a registered person. Each attendee must register separately. Please note that papers which are not registered and are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the Proceedings. If you have any questions about registering, please contact us by email to isape2018@163.com. To register the ISAPE 2018 conference successfully, you must finish the following steps:

(1) Go to the column of Paper Submission.

(2) Click and enter the welcome interface.

(3) Login as an author by inputting your account information.

(4) Switch to the toolbar of Registration.

(5) Click the button of Add Registration.

(6) Fill in the Registration Form according to the tips. The registration fee may be discounted if the first author of paper is a student or the registered person is a non-student member of CIE Radio Propagation Society. But, you should upload relevant supporting information.

(7) Check and Submit the registration form.

       (8) Manage your registration. You can Edit and Delete.

  Notes:

 1. If the page number of the paper is greater than 4, each extra page CNY 200 (or USD 50) should be attached.

 2. Student's identity card should be checked at the reception desk or upload a PDF file of valid student ID card.

 3. One person can register up to two papers (★The registered person should be the author of those submitted two papers). Another person should register if the number of papers is greater than two.

 4. If the registered person is a non-student member of CIE Radio Propagation Society, registration at any time is treated as early bird.

 5. The registration fee includes reception but does not include other cost such as accommodation, travel and transportation.

 6. There is no refund on registration fees.

Reminder: In your bank receipt of payment, please make comments “ISAPE2018 + Paper ID Number + Name of the first author” if you are author, or make comments “ISAPE2018+Name of the registered person” if you are not author.
